My order say's the same thing,the only difference is i did receive a confirmation #. I'm in Canada so i'm hoping that they are doing a mass e-mail tomorrow ( Monday ). Fingers crossed.

ok, well i feel better then. still, having recieved no confirmation of the order im just hoping it worked. since its almost sold out i just dont wanna be screwed if they messed up the order..

I hope it all work's out for us....did you check your mail's junk file?....your confirmation # might be there?

if it was it'd be long gone :/ but who knows, i tried contacting customer support and there are records on my account that i ordered it, hopefully if there's a problem they can help.

I paid using Pay Pal, the money was transferred, so I know they were paid. I got an email confirmation that the order was recieved. I contacted customer service, all I got back was a form letter thanking me for letting them know something was wrong and a dead link to my case....I'll try calling them first thing in the morning. At least I have proof that I paid and that they got the order....

Ordered box set on Friday. Received Paypal confirmation but nothing from the Roadrunner site. However, the site shows that I ordered it and displays a status of pending fulfillment. Maybe the link to download will arrive tomorrow...

So it's Monday morning now and still no download code for me. Please let it happen soon.

Why can't they just sell these box sets at the brick & mortar stores so we don't have to go this B.S. Still no download code as of 9:12 a.m. est. Starting to get a uneasy feeling about this.....

I just got off the phone with someone from Omega Order and they said Roadrunner was late getting them out. They are physically getting theirs tomorrow and shipping them so probrably another week until it arrives. I told the guy it was bullshit that the release is tomorrow and they should have timed the shipping so it arrives the same day of release. He agreed but said it was out of their hands as RR dropped the ball on this. He did tell me the digital download codes should be emailed this afternoon so its not a complete loss. Just have to wait and see now.
