Dream Theater

Do you plan on making this your new DT forum home?

I've been lurking at DTF for about 2 years (since the release of BC&SL). We'll see how it goes here.

I've been on JR forums for quite a while now. And yes it is a bit slow compared to a lot of other forums. But I like that. It's a far closer community. And it's not exactly *dead*, there's still plenty of us alive and kicking. I intend to keep on posting both here and there from now on.

Nope, but I'll pop in every now and then. DTF will always be my online home.

I'll pop in from time to time, but DTF is home.

I think it was weird that they felt the need to create new forums here. The DTF have always been the "unofficial official" forums and are moderated with that very attitude in mind. If I'm not mistaken, there used to actually be a link to DTF from the official site. They could've started with a huge built-in user base by just adopting the old ones back. But whatever... they didn't do it that way. So like a lot of DTF regulars have said, I'll pop in from time to time, but that's about it.

Basically what you said. DTF is home, but it will be very cool to see how things will develop here in the future ;)

I don't think the "Official" word has been put out yet about this board. I'm sure it will get a bit more balanced. As for the OP, DTF has been my home a lil longer than the old DT.net, and I love the DTF community. That said, I'll do the dual citizenship thing and post where its fun :)

Yeah, we're still waiting for the DNS information to be mostly cleared out throughout the Internet before getting an announcement.

For instance, I still get the old site if I visit from the Roadrunner Records office or from my own home still.

DTF will still be home, but I'll be on here periodically during work hours, as this software isn't recognized by WebSense (unlike DTF).

DTF will be my home, but I'll be doing the dual citizenship like many else.
