I bought A dramatic turn of events Limited edition boxset pre-order from this web site. İt is writing on web site that I can dowload the day before release. But I don't know how i can download. Please help me for this situation. |

Hi, I also pre-ordered the (Deluxe Limited Collector's Edition Box Set) and I received a notification in my e-mail from "Roadrunner Records". They sent me a link which I copied and pasted to the address bar of my Browser and I was able to download my album and it sounds impeccable. Check your e-mail the one which you used to sign up before ordering your merchandise. There must be an e-mail from "Roadrunner Records" guys to you. In case you do not find it...contact the merchant by logging into your account on the official "Roadrunner Records" store and click on 'Customer Support' write your order number in the subject title and wait till they respond back to you...CHEERS and all the best \m/ Thanks Invincible |

Check to see if you have an order placed with Omega Order (The End Records). They may have taken your money and didn't place the order...like they did to me...six times! |
