Dream Theater

I ordered this in July, and until now hasn't arrived. I checked if all the infos given from me where correct and it's all ok, I emailed the company that is selling it through DT website, they re-sented the item and it's not comming again.
Any one from the band, or managers, someone that could pull some strings about this, please?? I'm from Portugal, and has I can see, emails aren't being enough to get the item to my home, and I don't know any other way to solve this.
If you prefer, I can give you all the information by an email or private message.

Same here. I live in Québec Canada. I did get an email saying it got lost on its way (was initially shipped on september the 20th). They offered me to reship it or a refund. I told them to reship it (and maybe add a little shiny gold thing with it !!!) and still no package. I wrote again last week and told them to just forget about it and cancell the whole thing and haven't heard from them since. This situation really sucks and I know DT are not responsable or have control over this but it doesn't give a whole lot of confidence for future releases.

They didn't give me the chance of refund, they told me just that they would re-send it to me, I'm still waiting..
In some way, the band has a bit of responsibility, if they agree to advertise this products, I think we, as costumers have the right to them to step in at situations like this, am I correct? At least give a call to merchandise, to know something about what's happening.
Come on guys, help us. Jordan, John, anyone?

@mightyduck: Hi there! It seems that my problem it's finaly solved, monday the package will be delivered. What happened it's that these guys aren't writing the adress properly, mine was incomplete, and I think it's your problem to. I was lucky that by insisting by mail about something to know about the order, they finaly gave me a tracking number for UPS, and I saw on their site that this problem was happening, so I called them and solved the question by giving the missing data, and that's it, monday it will be delivered at my work place.

Problem solved, another problem came! Oh my god, I never had this bad luck with Internet purchases!
Now it's the box itself, the new vynils are damaged, the two with strange markes all over, and the #2 it's bad manufactured?! Beside fingerprints all over them, this one it's not centered, the sound it's floating!
One thing I can tell, from this store, I will never buy again!! And if this guys don't replace the item soon or refunde me, I'll take them to court!
