How can it be almost 9:30 a.m. the next morning already and I can't find any info on this here or anywhere else on the entire internet?

Hey, some are probably just waking up from the incredible show @ the Orpheum last night! Me, I'm at work (slept in as long as humanly possible to get to my client in the North End on time), and I'm just now getting to my second cup of coffee.

I didn't catch all of Trivium to see if any special guest was there for that. For the DT show (did I mention it was incredible?), they had Eugene _____ (help me out folks) who came out front & center to sit with James & John for Beneath The Surface. He played a neon red electric cello.

Great set...we had the "Under a Glass Moon" encore version of the setlist (I've seen two different ones). James mentioned stopping back our way once they get back from across the pond. We can only hope!

It was Eugene Friesen. I never heard of him but apparantly he is a professor at Berklee, I assume that is where they know him from?

The show was great as Philba says. Alot of love towards Mike Mangini. At the end of the show mike pulled out his flip cam or whatever it was and was taking a video of the crowd...the place went nuts.

I was a very good show.

He played cello on Vacant, and also played with DT live in NYC during the ToT tour. I got to see him at that show, when he played cello during Vacant, Stream of Consciousness, and first ever performance of Disappear.
