This week PapaJ's Matinee will feature the just released 6DoIT by Dream Theater played in it's entirety. You can tune in to the broadcast with Real Player, and also join in the chatroom conversation. Also featured will be taped commentary on the album and the tour in progress by James LaBrie. Tune in early at 7:00 for some goofy surprises and a message from Spock's Beard. Dream Theater will start at 7:30.

Darren Badger Redick will be airing a three hour feature on Dream Theater on Thursday, January 31st, across the UK and Europe on Total Rock (Sky Digital channel 885 or www.totalrock.com). The show starts at 9pm GMT (London time) and will include an interview with Mike Portnoy. They will also be playing "Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence" (both discs!), various songs from the other albums, and will be giving away some merchandise as well!

In DREAM THEATER news, the band's latest release, Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (Elektra) is recorded, mixed and mastered. All that awaits is its January release date. "We're going on a year-long tour in January to support this double album," says Jordan Rudess, keyboard player in the band. "We'll be hitting Europe at the end of January and the States in March, and I think we'll make it up to Canada this time. I know we weren't able to on the Scenes tour".

The release date for Live Scenes from New York in the US has been changed from October 16th to October 23rd. The re-release of "Live Scenes From New York" is now available for pre-ordering at CDnow and CDUniverse. The "Flaming Apple" has been replaced with a golden "Majesty" logo and all existing copies of "Live Scenes From New York" with the Flaming Apple artwork are being recalled.
The album will be released in Canada on October 9th.
