Italian Dreamers Closing Parties
Added on 01-25-2008Dream Theater's Official Fan Club Italian Dreamers, in co-operation with Roadrunner Italia, invites you to attend a series of parties in some clubs of our Country to celebrate Fan Club closure after 14 years of activity.
With the ending of the Italian Dreamers, there is no even need for an "Official Tribute Band" for Italy, therefore consider that the "title" is vacant starting from December 31th 2007.
For the incoming parties, Progeny from Milano will be on stage with more than 2 hours of music selected from the entire Dream Theater discography.
The Fan Club will be there with merchandise, contests and a lot of previously unreleased clips that will be shown on maxi-screens before and after Progeny performance.
Don't miss this unique and unrepeatable opportunity to say goodbye to ID drinking a good beer together while listening to great music.
At the moment, scheduled dates are:
Saturday, February 16th 2008: Que Me Meo - Argelato (BO)
Saturday, March 15th 2008: Boulevard Music Club - Misano Adriatico (RN)
Saturday, May 03rd 2008: Sottosopra - Este (PD)
Any other show or party, not published on the Italian Dreamers website, publicized as "Official Tribute" act or similar, has to be considered not official, as not organized by the Italian Dreamers.

"It is hard to find the words to write down this announcement and it is for sure the hardest task for us since 1993.
At that time our Fan Club was only a sort of a bet, a bet we have won thanks to the determination and the generosity of some people, joined by the same passion and able to create and preserve with brilliance and devotion an incomparable and unique patrimony made of images and words, and a lot of music. This is a voluminous book in which all of us, together with you, left a little sign. This is a dream lasted 14 years with its ups and downs, sacrifice and nuisances, joys and sorrows for which everyone of us has always given his best to write his part of the story. A story that ends in the best way possible, with everyone happy to be there and celebrate. That was it.
It passed exactly one year from the "La Finale" contest for the Official Tribute Band in Rimini. The organization of that great event was the hardest and most important job we ever did.
The great success of that night and your estimation have been the greatest satisfaction for all of the people of the fan club’s staff that were there to work for you.
The day after, when we met to arrange the last things left in our cars, there was a second of silence where everyone looked each other in the eyes and said: “And now? How can we exceed last night success?”. The constant challenge to improve ourselves day by day has always been the Italian Dreamers’ soul. That day we understood that it would have been hard to accept another challenge and that’s why we took the decision, not a sudden one but a decision reached gradually in a time beat by our private life.
It was sheer chance that the name we gave to that event it is now signing the Final step of Italian Dreamers Fan Club.
We have always known only one way to manage the Fan Club: always give 110% of ourselves, always be the example to be followed. That was the only way to give you a part of this great passion produced by this incredible music.
Now our jobs and our families prevails over it and we really think that it is not fair to keep a halting creature alive or entrust it to some unknown opportunist that would accept to keep on this adventure alive only for the pleasure to be named Italian Dreamers.
Time has come, it is time to stop.
We are proud to have spread the disease, we are proud for your support.

Dream Theater Night in Israel - October 22nd, 2007
Added on 05-18-2007"Ytsejammers Israel, the official Israel Dream Theater fan club, will be holding a Dream Theater Night on October 22nd at the Rock Bar in Tel-Aviv.
The evening will start at 22:00 PM and will include DVD bootlegs (including from the current tour) and great progressive music.

Saturday, 26th of may Italian Dreamers and Roadrunner Italy present the new Dream Theater album "Systematic Chaos".
A 2h30min concert of the new Official Italian Dream Theater Tribute Band, "YtseJamKr", will be mixed with the pre listening of the new Dream Theater Album. A Dream Theater full immersion night waiting the exit of Systematic Chaos, expected in Italy for friday 1st of june, and the Dream Theater concert in Milan on sunday 3rd of june in occasion of italian Gods of Metal Festival.
Ticket cost 10 Euro.

Fanclub DVD 2005 -- Join before November 15th, 2005!
Added on 11-04-2005DTNorway, Italian Dreamers, The Mirror, Voices UK and Your Majesty are proud to announce a special fanclub gift for 2005. With support from the band, we are continuing the tradition of a yearly gift for the fanclub members. The fanclubs mentioned have collaborated on producing a DVD, with content not available anywhere else.
If you want to recieve this very special gift, become a member of any of these five fanclubs before 15 november 2005. The production is limited by the number of members, so don't hesitate! Be aware that the fanclubs are regional fanclubs, and publish their material in their own language.

COUNTDOWN TO OCTAVARIUM SIMULISTENS
We are going to be hosting daily simulistens of all of Dream Theater's studio albums over the next week, each week night from Monday 30th May up to and including Octavarium itself on Wednesday 10th June 2005.
A Change of Seasons will be included as a track and played after Awake has finished.
The dates are:

"Live at Budokan" Party in Israel
Added on 01-12-2005The Israeli Dream Theater Fan Club (Ytsejammers Israel) will be having an exclusive party at the BB PUB in Rishon Le-Tzion at Wednesday, 19/1/2005 at 22:00. The party will include the screening of "LIVE AT BUDOKAN" on a huge screen and a lot of alcohol.
