Official OSI shop at Burning Shed

Burning Shed are pleased to be hosting the official online shop for OSI, a unique collaboration involving the inspirational and singular talents of Jim Matheos (Fate's Warning) and Kevin Moore (Chroma Key).

Their second album, Free is now available both as a single CD, and in a special edition including a six track bonus CD.

Free follows 2003's Office Of Strategic Intelligence, which also featured Steven Wilson, Sean Malone and Mike Portnoy.

On Free, once again OSI is joined by Dream Theater's drummer-extraordinaire Mike Portnoy, while elsewhere, Joey Vera contributes.

Weird textures and difficult rhythms collide on this 'project with band aspirations' and plenty of ideas to spare.

The OSI/Burning Shed shop will soon be stocking all available OSI and Chroma Key releases.

Kevin Moore and Jim Matheos will be releasing a new OSI album entitled "Free" on April 21st, 2006.

The album will once again have Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater) on drums and will feature Joey Vera (Fates Warning) on bass on five tracks. A special edition double CD of "Free" is scheduled for release in Europe on April 24th.

Jim Matheos, Kevin Moore and Mike Portnoy were at Carriage House Studios in Connecticut on November 18-20 tracking drums for the forthcoming OSI album!
