The 2007 incarnation of Joe Satriani's popular G3 tour will kick off on March 14th in Phoenix starring SATRIANI, JOHN PETRUCCI with MIKE PORTNOY and PAUL GILBERT.
The tour will play selected dates in North America throughout March and April. The starting tour itinerary follows with more dates TBA shortly.

album "Blood Of The Snake". The album features an all-star line-up comprised of John Petrucci, Slash, Yngwie Malmsteen, Zakk Wylde,
Simon Philips, Tony Franklin, Billy Idol, Brad Gillis and Brian Tichy.

"DEREK SHERINIAN In Studio With ZAKK WYLDE
SHERINIAN Produces His 5th Solo Album.
HOLLYWOOD, CA (PRWEB) January 13, 2006 -- Famed keyboardist, Derek Sherinian,
is in the studio producing yet another masterpiece.
The new untitled work is currently underway in Sherinian's own Beachwood Manor
Studios in Burbank, CA. This new album is slated to be released June 2006 worldwide onInsideOut Music in the US & Europe,
and Marquee/Avalon in Japan.
After a nine month World Tour with Billy Idol, Sherinian went immediately into
the studio. With the immense reception to last year's album Mythology, he decided to bring back several of the available players that made
it happen. "This is the 4th solo record of mine that Zakk has played on," explains Sherinian. Zakk is the real deal and I am very
fortunate to be able to work with him."
The 2006 all-star line-up is comprised of Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society/Ozzy), John Petrucci (ex-Dream Theater band-mate),
Steve Lukather (Toto), Simon Phillips (Toto, The Who, Judas Priest), Tony Franklin (The Firm/Blue Murder), and Brian Tichy (Billy Idol, Ozzy)
and other surprise special guests.
Sherinian gained worldwide recognition as a member of Dream Theater from 1994-1999. He has also toured and recorded with Alice Cooper,
KISS, and BILLY IDOL among many others."

Epic Records will be releasing "G3 - Live in Tokyo" on both DVD and
double-disc CD on October 25th, 2005. "Live in Tokyo" features guitar
legends Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and John Petrucci (with Mike Portnoy and Dave LaRue). This show was recorded
on May 8th, 2005, at the International Forum in Tokyo, Japan, and features individual sets by each guitarist
and an all-star jam session!
The "G3 - Live In Tokyo" DVD is every guitar fan's dream and also
features behind-the-scenes at the G3 soundcheck, 5.1 sound, biographies and more!
