On Wednesday, January 27th from 8 to 10PM EST Author Chris Epting and Jordan Rudess will host a live Vokle event.
Chris has offered this title: "Inside the mind of keyboard avatar Jordan Rudess." In his interview he will lead
Jordan through his creative process, bring out great stories of the road and the studio, share some history and
take audience video and text questions. Jordan will play live and perhaps even jam with some lucky participants

Jordan and Kayla Rudess record song for charity

Jordan Rudess and his 13 year old daughter, Kayla, have recorded a song called "For the Moment" to raise money for an organization that is close to their hearts.
Proceeds go to the non-profit Central Asia Institute, to promote and support community-based education, especially for girls, in remote regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Jordan Rudess, the world-renowned keyboardist of Dream Theater, has collaborated with Amidio Inc,, the leading developer of iPhone music apps, in releasing JR Hexatone Pro - a unique iPhone sound sequencing app.
JR Hexatone Pro is a next-generation 6-directional loop generation tool that uses artificial intelligence and advanced randomization algorithms to produce constantly changing sonic structures. The app is capable of creating many type of drum loops, melodic sequences or rhythm patterns, thanks to its ability to load custom user samples and modify them in realtime. Users can also engage built-in Stutter or Chorus effects and control them with the iPhone's accelerometer.
